Chocolate Mini Pies

So today was a very lazy day as far as tonight's 'after dinner' dessert. The cake was just about expired, so that was out of the question. So, I went with the easiest thing I could find. I got some Keebler Graham Ready Crust out of the pantry along with some chocolate pudding snack packs. Unwrap the crusts, open the pudding, scoop the pudding into the crusts, and viola. Easy as "pie", LOL! Prep time: 45 seconds! I'm sure I could have made them a tad fancier, but they were only for the kiddos to eat before bed, so there ya go =)
