The Pretty Brownie

Last night I had an "itch" to bake something. Had no idea what, just wanted to bake something! With it being almost bedtime, I decided to hold off til morning. When I woke up this morning, I looked in the pantry to see what looked yummy. And there, on the third shelf, I saw it. A nice big red box of brownies =) So, off to work I went. I wanted to get a little creative, instead of making your typical "boring brownie". So, I let them cool completely, as tempting as it was to eat a freshly baked hot brownie. I decided to whip up some cocoa icing and pull out my bags and icing tips. From there, it's history, LOL... Here's how they turned out, and I'm glad I took the extra 5 minutes to do it, becuase they look so much better than a regular brownie!
All I have to say is YUM. These were delicious!

Thanks Karen! Yes, I am still doing the challenge, sort of... Im a pretty slow reader, so I've decided to just do it at my own pace ;) Right now I'm srarting into Leviticus! How are you coming along with it?
Geez, I knew I shouldn't have looked at this post late at night, when the munchies attack. They look delicious! :)
